The insanity for control continues unimpeded till the cycle is broken. TSSF has over twenty years experience providing families help for co-dependency and adult children with addiction issues. The Family as OneThe systems theory states, " for every action there is a reaction." The disease of addiction is truly a family illness. No family members survive without being effected by its inherent destruction of one's healthy coping skills relating mind, body and spirit. At Treatment Solutions we encourage family participation either in direct conjoint treatment at TSSF or the development of their own recovery process at home. When a family member returns home from treatment each person in the family system's role must change for recovery to continue. Complete Continuum Of CareAt Christian Recovery Solutions it is our belief that 30 days of intensive day/night treatment is only the beginning recovery. A daily commitment to a recovering life style is essential, we offer a continuum of care which meets each client's individual needs. Treatment can range from one week to 90 days of intensive outpatient therapy, or 3 to 6 month of extended life skills development. Special focus is placed on the family and significant others involved with our client. The recovering person and family will need considerable time to gain awareness and acceptance of what we call : "The Time Line Distortion" Which is a Bi Product of addiction. In time the client and family will strengthen and adjust to the new relationships which they will develop as both move toward a healing and healthy new way of life.
